1. General
These terms of use apply to orders placed in the web store maintained by Bodi Glou Oy at https://bodiglou.com.
By placing an order in the web store, the customer accepts the terms of use valid at the time.
Only individuals of legal age may shop in the web store. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the order must be made with the consent of a guardian.

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the Bodi Glou web store.
2. Ordering and conclusion of contract
Products are ordered from the web store by adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. The order is binding once the customer has accepted the order and received an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to, for example, a technical error, pricing error, or availability issue. In such a situation, the customer will be notified immediately and the payment will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices.
4. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address specified in the order confirmation. Delivery time is normally 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or force majeure.
Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer when the customer has received the delivery.
5. Return and cancellation terms
Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation in distance selling in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
However, the right of cancellation does not apply to hygiene products if the product seal or packaging has been opened. For cosmetic products, the right of return only applies to unopened and unused products.
The product to be returned must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns must be notified to customer service by email before the product is sent back.
After an approved return, the payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
6. Faulty products and complaints
If the product you received is defective, faulty, or damaged, please notify our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
To speed up the processing of your complaint, please provide your order number, describe the defect as accurately as possible, and attach photos of the product and packaging.
Bodi Glou Oy is liable for product defects in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Filing a complaint as soon as possible helps us investigate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
7. Product use and responsibility
Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the packaging and user manual.
We recommend testing the product on a small area of skin before using it more extensively. The customer is responsible for using the product contrary to the instructions provided or for any individual hypersensitivity reactions.
8. Intellectual property rights
All content on the web store, such as images, text, brand identity, and product names, is the property of Bodi Glou Oy. Copying, using, or distributing the content without permission is prohibited.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms of use are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. The consumer has the right to refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
10. Email Marketing
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to Bodi Glou Oy sending you news, offers, product presentations, and other marketing communications via email.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use
Bodi Glou Oy reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. The changes will take effect when they are published in the web store.
Changes to the terms of use apply to orders placed after the change. The customer is deemed to have accepted the terms of use in force at the time of placing the order.
